If you do not receive any interview call within 30 days of receiving your AI-rewritten resume, we will refund your full payment.
1. When you are eligible for a refund
- Service not delivered: Your AI-rewritten resume is not delivered within 48 hours of successful payment.
- Quality concerns: The delivered resume has obvious errors and we cannot fix them after one revision request.
- No interview calls: You apply to at least 15 relevant jobs using our resume within 30 days and receive zero interview callbacks.
- Technical failure: Payment was deducted but no order was created.
2. When refunds are not available
- You have downloaded the final resume / cover letter and more than 7 days have passed.
- You submitted incomplete or false information.
- Change of mind after the resume has been delivered.
- Order purchased using a discount / promo code marked “non-refundable”.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@gethirenova.com with:
- Your Order ID
- Email used during purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Any supporting screenshots / evidence
We will respond within 2 business days.
4. Refund processing time
Once approved, refunds are processed via Razorpay within 5–7 business days:
- UPI / Wallet: 1–3 business days
- Debit / Credit card: 5–7 business days
- Net banking: 3–5 business days
5. Cancellation
You may cancel and receive a full refund as long as the AI rewrite has not started. After processing begins, cancellations are subject to the conditions in Section 1.
