2. Description of service

HireNova AI is a paid service that uses proprietary artificial intelligence to rewrite and optimise resumes and cover letters for job applications.

• Personalised cover letter (Plus & Premium plans)
• ATS keyword optimisation
• Typical turnaround under 24 hours (12 hours on Premium)

3. User eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By creating an order you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Pricing & payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway.
• We do not store your card / UPI credentials.
• Current plans: Basic ₹99, Plus ₹199, Premium ₹999 — locked at time of purchase.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful resume content. We cannot verify your work experience — you are solely responsible for factual accuracy.
• Do not submit confidential, copyrighted, or third-party protected material.
• Do not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
• One purchase = one person. Sharing orders across multiple candidates is not allowed.

6. Intellectual property

The AI-generated resume and cover letter delivered to you are yours to use freely for personal job-hunting purposes. The underlying HireNova AI platform, brand, prompts, and technology remain our exclusive property.

7. AI disclaimer

The Service uses Large Language Models. While we strive for high quality, we cannot guarantee:

• That you will receive job offers or interview calls.
• That the AI output will be free of errors or omissions.
• That the Service will always be available without interruption.

Please review the AI output carefully before using it for real job applications.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireNova AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse the Service, or attempt to defraud us or our payment processor.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

12. Changes to terms

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be communicated on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
